The Flood Warning continues for
the Blackwater river above Franklin
* until late Thursday night... or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 01:45 PM Monday the stage was 13.1 feet
* minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 12.0 feet
* forecast... the river will continue to fall to below flood stage by
Thursday evening.
* At 12.5 feet... a portion of Route 611... joyners bridge Road is
innundated.
This river level is comparable to a previous crest of 12.9 feet on
Dec 11 2009.
